Q: Can you recommend a shop for my repairs?
NO! It is our company policy not to recommend any repair shop. Our Staff is strictly prohibited from referring a repair shop to you.In the event a staff member does recommend a shop please contact admin@lynntruckparts.com and you may receive an additional 10% of your purchase. There are many repair shops in your local area that you can request a quote from through our "SERVICES" menu.

Q: Do these parts have a perfect fit?
Although much work has gone into the quality & fit of these parts, they are still “Aftermarket” parts and from time to time we have one that does not fit perfect. Please install and fit all body parts before painting as we do not refund money for labor or paint work. Please verify the fit.

Q: What is my cost?
Our website shows the list price for our parts. We encourage sales over the internet, and offer a 5% discount for placing your order through our website. We also have discounts available to pre-approved repair facilities. Please call and set up an account.

Q: Where do you get your parts from?
Throughout the last several years we have found numerous suppliers / manufacturers from the US, Canada and Mexico. We have weeded out those with poor quality products, worked with those wanting to better their products and selected what we feel are the best quality parts for the price. We continue to seek new products and welcome those supplier / manufacturers with quality parts who wish present their product to us for possible future inventory. Please give us a call.

Q: What if I receive the wrong part?
We will ship the parts you request, so be sure of your units make, model. If you have any doubts, please contact us prior to ordering, give us the year, make, model, serial number and possibly photographs and we will get you the correct part the first time.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING CHARGES ON WRONG ITEMS.

Q: What if I receive a damaged part?
Notify the shipping company immediately, then contact us. We will work with you to get satisfaction from the shipping company and at our discretion; we may either offer you a discount on the damaged part or send you a replacement. It is important that you notify the shipping company immediately.

Q: Can I pick up the parts?
YES, larger items may require some time to take out of inventory and ready for pick up, so please call ahead.

Q: Can we paint hoods and other parts prior to delivery?
YES, we work with several local shops in the area and will get you 3 quotes. However, all parts & paint work must be paid for in advance and any returns will be negotiated based on the current situation.
